The next NSE Book Group meeting set

The club members will discuss hiking and the Appalachian Trail based on reading Grandma Gatewood's Walk: The Inspiring Story of the Woman who Saved the Appalachian Trail by Ben Montgomery (2016).
The club's next meeting will be Jan. 3 when members discuss a book about trees including The Hidden Life of Trees by Peter Wohlleben (2016). The NSE Book Group will continue to meet monthly in winter-spring 2018 on first Sundays (mostly.) .
The NSE Book Club is currently closed to new members, but the Trust's other book club, The Joshua's Trust Readers, still has room for some new participants. It will meet Dec. 10 to discuss The Nature Fix: Why Nature Makes us Happier, Healthier, and More Creative by Florence Williams (2017). JT Readers meets at 3:30 at Atwood Farm, but will shift the winter-spring 2018 meetings to the THIRD Sundays beginning Jan. 21, 2018.
