Leaving a bequest to Joshua’s Trust builds a lasting legacy of conservation and preservation for those who come after us. Joshua’s Trust has been built from a legacy of donors who left land, finances, and even buildings to Joshua’s Trust in their will.
Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, if you inform us about your intention to include JT in your will, a matching donation of $750 will be made immediately. All you have to do is follow the steps below to leave your legacy at Joshua’s Trust.
Step 1: Name Joshua’s Tract Conservation and Historic Trust, Inc. in your will or living trust or as a beneficiary of your retirement or financial account. New commitments and upgraded previously established bequest plans qualify.
Step 2: Complete this form and email it to michelle.poudrette@joshuastrust.org or mail it to P.O. Box 4, Mansfield Center, CT 06250.
Step 3: Our generous, Bequest Challenge grant donor, will make a gift of $750 right now to Joshua’s Trust in your honor. That’s all you have to do!

"Why did we choose to include Joshua's Trust in our estate planning? It's simple. We trust the Trust! And love their goals and principles. We can't imagine a better place to which to donate our 25 acres here in Storrs Mansfield."
Nancy & Ed Tomastik
"I think of estate planning as a mechanism to convey in an orderly and efficient manner not only my material assets, but also something of myself. I can think of no better legacy than to contribute to the conservation of land and to the values served by conservation. Joshua’s Trust fulfills that mission locally."
