Mosses and Lichens of Northeast CT

Join UConn professor, Bernard Goffinet, as he explores the mosses and lichens that inhabit Tolland’s Tobiassen Forest.

*There is plenty of parking at the quiet cul-de-sac on Noah Lane.
The guided walk begins at 10:00 a.m. and will be cancelled in the event of rain. There are some gentle hills and rocks to traverse here. Bring water and appropriate hiking gear as needed.
We will post on Instagram and Facebook as well as this page if we decide to cancel the walk due to weather or other, unforeseeable circumstances.
