Wednesday Walk at Friedman Memorial Forest
February 7 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Joins us for a beautiful, 2-mile hike through one of our premier preserves. The trees and shrubs are starting to wake up and there’s a lot of beauty along the trails here including moss covered rocks, a heron rookery, and gorgeous Christmas ferns. We’ll start at the trail head on Bebbington Rd and follow the Yellow Trail east and up a fairly steep hill until it meets the Blue Trail along Bebbington Brook. This hike should take approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
The walk begins at 9:00 a.m. and will be cancelled in the event of rain. Bring water and appropriate hiking gear as needed.
