Join us at Knowlton Hall for a community conservation fair featuring local organizations and groups working to protect, explore, and celebrate Ashford’s natural, agricultural, cultural, and historical resources. Stop by to learn more about the Natchaug Healthy Watershed, Ashford Pollinator’s Pathway, Conservation Commission Trails group, Arts Council, Inland Wetlands, Agriculture Commission, Farmer’s Market, and Ashford Historical Society. The event will also feature historic maps from the UConn archives showing how Ashford’s streams, farms, roads, homes, and industries have changed over time. We’ll be there with a large map of Joshua’s Trust trails and information about local properties and trails. Come browse the displays, pick up some brochures, ask questions, and connect with others who care about Ashford’s special places. No formal presentations—just a casual, informative opportunity to explore what makes our community unique!
