Tinkerville Brook Preserve in Ashford is a watershed’s best friend! Community members of all ages are invited on a leisurely hike through this remarkable 42-acre woodland.
- Learn about how Tinkerville’s Brook Preserve’s healthy and intact ecosystem contributes to the flow of clean, cold water from the brook to the greater Natchaug watershed beyond
- Marvel at an old mill site & massive stone bridge abutment
- Along the trail, we’ll look for spring wildflowers, listen to birdsong and scout for signs of wildlife
